Per your lease agreement, your rent is due and payable on the 1st day of each and every month.
Personal or business checks are not acceptable! We accept money orders or cashier checks only!
In the event our office does not receive your rent by 5:00 pm on the 2nd day of the month as stated
in your contract, then late charges will be assessed against you. Any payments posted on or after
the 1st, and received by our office after the 2nd is considered late
This late charge fee will be an initial late charge of $100.00 for rent received on the 4th day of the
month. The late charge applies to any pro-rated rent due date as well.
Partial rent payments do not stop the late charge assessment.
We due not except excuses for any late rents. We provide several methods of paying your rent.
They are as follows:
1. Online payments at www.mcallenprs.com. Ask the management company for details. All rents
paid online must be paid on or before the 1st in order for the management company to
receive the payment by the 3rd of the month. If the rent is paid after the 1st then a late
charge will be applied to your account and may cause you to be removed from paying your
rent online in the future. All current rent due pay ledgers will be deleted by the 2nd day from
Rams Rent pay portal.
2. In our office, we have a 24 hour drop box built into the outside wall. It is secure as we are the
only ones that have the keys to our office. The rents are dropped into our main office.
3. If you mail your rent, the rent must be received by our office by the 2nd day of the month or it
is considered late. It is recommended that you do not mail your rent but rather use the
above other 2 methods.
4. Holidays and weekends are no excuse for not paying your rent.
In addition in the event your rent is not received by our office by the due date, then a 3 day notice
to vacate will be issued to you for non-payment.
An administrative fee of $50.00 will be assessed against your account for the service of a 3 day
notice on you. This is separate from your initial late fee
