- 1st - If a tenant wishes to set an appointment to view any of our rentals then we request you
drive by the property to see if it is close to your work, school or family. This helps in eliminating loss of time and energy in showing a property that does not meet the applicants needs.
- 2nd - If an applicant wishes to apply for a rental property then they must first fill out a
Residential Lease Application. ( A $40.00 processing fee is required per individual over 18 years of age ). This Application fees can be paid through Pay Pal from the BUY NOW button above or at our office. A criminal and background check will be conducted as well as verification of employment and rental history.
- 3rd - The applicant will also need to complete and sign the application to hold property
agreement. The property will not be removed from the market any longer than 2 weeks. A deposit equal to the security deposit or 1 months rent will be required to remove the property from the market. In the event an applicant fails to take possession on the agreed date then the deposit will be forfeited.
- 4th - An applicant will need to complete a pet agreement whether they have a pet or not,
then upon approval of the pet(s) if any, the applicant will post a $250.00 non-refundable deposit per pet up to 2 pets. This is conditional upon what type of pet applicant has also.
- 5th - If an applicant can not provide a sufficient amount of employment and rental history,
then they will need a co-signer. The co-signer will need to complete a Residential Lease Guaranty Application. The co-signer must meet the guidelines and be responsible for the applicant.
